This conference will gather high-level government officials, parliamentarians, and local and foreign experts, as well as representatives of academia, international organizations and civil society
The aim of the forum is to promote the use of probation as a measure to help the subsequent re-socialization of convicts in line with the ongoing reform of the penal system in Kazakhstan.
