About
The aim of the fourth annual Central Asian Leadership Programme is to promote sustainable development, with a focus on green growth and efficient management of water resources in a transboundary context, among young leaders and promising professionals from the state, non-governmental and private sectors across Central Asia, Afghanistan, the Caucasus and Russia.
The event is part of the OSCE Centre’s activities aimed at increasing the capacity and professionalism of emerging environmental leaders and strengthening regional co-operation in the area of the environment and sustainable development.
