About
During this roundtable meeting participants will discuss challenges in the process of implementing the local self-governance law and learn about international best practices in this field. The preliminary results of two pilot projects in Shuchinks town in Akmola Region, and Aschybulak village in Almaty Region, will be presented. The pilot projects are currently being implemented with the Centre’s support.
The second day is devoted to a specialized training session for local municipalities on local self-governance best practices issues.
