About
The seminar will enhance the professional competency of the political parties’ regional management on organizational, legislative, financial, and PR aspects of party-building as well as the parties’ representation in the parliament and local self-government bodies. The seminar will also promote the implementation of OSCE principles and commitments with respect to institutionalizing a multiparty system and creating an environment in which parties can most effectively perform their essential democratic functions.
The seminars were previously held in Astana, Almaty, Petropavlovsk, Kokshetau and Kostanay in 2012 and 2013 as part of a project implemented by the non-governmental organization “Public Foundation for Parliamentary Development” with the support of the OSCE Centre in Astana.
