As part of its good governance activities, the OSCE Centre in Astana co-organizes a panel discussion on the public participation in the local budget process. The event will be mainly focused on the local budget as an indispensable element of local self-governance development, public participation in the budget formation and expenditure as well as learning best practices of local self-governance in Poland and Great Britain. The panel session will be attended by the representatives of state bodies, academia, non-governmental and international organizations.
