The international conference supported by the OSCE Centre in Astana devoted to a discussion on key trends in legal policies implementation in Kazakhstan. The event will be focused on reviewing certain challenges in the law-making, including criminal and criminal procedure law, administrative law, civil procedure law and labour law. Participants will discuss the development of the national legal system in light of priorities set in the Concept of Legal Policy of Kazakhstan for 2010-2020 and the “Kazakhstan-2050” strategy.
