About
Key challenges in application of administrative fines will be discussed at the Law Enforcement Co-ordination Council meeting initiated by Prosecutor General's Office.
Participants will focus on the measures to improve work of law-enforcement bodies and officials to impose administrative fines, and the system of voluntary payment of penalties and enforced recovery in accordance with the provisions of the new Code of Administrative Offences. They will also discuss issues of using legal and practical tools and mechanisms to better control and hold offenders for administrative and criminal liability.
As part of this event, the Centre in Astana supported a publication of National roadmap on application of administrative fines.
