About
The workshop will be held for representatives of governmental and non-governmental structures who have already served or may serve as observers at domestic and international elections. The seminar aims to enhance their knowledge about the rights and obligations of long-term election observers, most notably based on the OSCE/ODIHR election-related handbooks and guidelines. The Centre in Astana supported the translation and publication of a Handbook on Election Observation into the Kazakh language.
