About
The OSCE Programme Office supports a parliamentary working group on the development of concurrent law to Criminal Executive Code adopted in 2014. As a part of this support, the expert meeting on harmonisation of some legislative acts with provisions of the new Criminal Executive Code will be conducted.
Participants will discuss amendments and additions in the areas of healthcare, family relations, law-enforcement bodies, the legal status of foreigners, the prevention of juvenile delinquency and the conditions of detention.
The event is part of the Office’s activities in providing expert and institutional support to the government and civil society in criminal justice reform in Kazakhstan.
