About
The OSCE Programme Office in Astana will support a seminar on advanced devices and technologies used in water metering for some 30 water specialists of the Aral-Syrdariya Basin Council.
The seminar aims to enhance participants' skills and knowledge of the modern international water management practices, water metering in irrigation systems, water control automation processes and water accounting methods.
Participants will have a site visit to Kyzylorda and Baikadam water facilities. The event is part of the Office’s long-term activities to promote efficient integrated water resources management identified as a priority by the OSCE Serbian Chairmanship in 2015.
