About
An OSCE-supported roundtable discussion on practical tools for implementing the principles of organic farming will take place in Astana and finalize the recommendations developed during the similar workshops in Kyzylorda and Shymkent earlier this year. The event will be attended by officials from the Parliament, the Agriculture Ministry and Entrepreneurs National Chamber and provide an overview of the needs and benefits of new legislation to promote organic farming.
The event is a follow-up to earlier workshops that took place in other regions of Kazakhstan with the aim of promoting green growth and sustainable development principles in the host country.
