About

This event aims to acquaint social workers with the newly-adopted standards for a systematic and consistent provision of care and services to human trafficking victims.

Social workers, the head of the Social Services Department of the Health Care and Social Development Ministry and representatives of civil society’s organizations active in the field of human trafficking will attend the training.

The seminar is the fourth in a set of four-day training seminars of the kind that took place in different regions of Kazakhstan in October and November 2015. It follows a set of OSCE-supported inter-ministerial working group meetings aimed at developing the standards.
