About
This year’s Forum will be devoted to encouraging the development of a comprehensive strategy for social rehabilitation and the standard of special social services for citizens released from prisons. Participants will discuss the current trends and challenges in re-socialization of convicts, further amendments to the legislation and the issues of promotion of institutions tasked with providing social services to convicted persons and ex-offenders. The forum will gather high-level government officials, parliamentarians, local and international legal experts, representatives of academia, international and non-governmental organizations.
