About
The discussion will bring together some 150 participants including high-level officials from the Parliament of Kazakhstan, the Prosecutor General’s Office and other State institutions, political parties, Embassies and international organizations, civil society and academia.
The roundtable participants will discuss the factors underlying violent extremism and radicalization that lead to terrorism and the ways to effectively address this threat in Central Asia and beyond.
Experts from Austria, Azerbaijan, Great Britain, the Republic of Korea and the Russian Federation will present and share their countries’ experience in countering VERLT.
