About
The training seminar on profiling techniques for police officers to ensure public safety at transport facilities will provide acting officers and instructors from police educational institutions with the basics and history of risk profiling for individuals, as well as knowledge on how to identify ways to recognize a group of risk among passengers by observing and evaluating their behavioural features; on features of communication with destructive elements and interviewing of passengers; on different scenarios of conflict situations and their resolution.
The training seminar will be conducted by psychologists of the Association of Psychologists of Kazakhstan and a national expert on police affairs.
The event is part of the OSCE Programme Office in Astana’s activities to enhance security, increase accountability, and promote best practices in security in the host country.
