About
The OSCE Programme Office in Nur-Sultan will support a meeting aimed to present the expert study on incitement of hatred speech for some 30 government officials, journalists, lawyers, representatives of civil society and international organizations. Together with national experts from Kazakhstan, participants will discuss topics on finding a balance between freedom of speech and preventing of hate speech, legal aspects of incitement cases and analyzing examples of using hatred speech contexts in the media.
