Election experts from the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR), Russia, Romania and Ukraine will examine international best practices in local election observation and review methodologies together with their Kazakhstani colleagues.
Representatives of Kazakhstan's non-governmental organizations, political parties and relevant state structures will participate in the discussion and elaborate a final set of recommendations.
