About
This workshop will look at the legal, institutional and technical aspects of managing transboundary groundwater. The overall goal is to create a framework for the exchange of experience between river basins and countries on regulatory, institutional, methodological and other aspects of integrated management of transboundary waters.
In particular, the project will build the capacity of government officials and other experts of the Eastern Europe, Caucasus and Central Asian (EECCA) countries on the legal and technical aspects of the management and protection of groundwater, with a focus on transboundary groundwater.
