This two-day conference will gather state officials, as well as representatives of NGOs, academia and the expert community, to discuss the development of a new Criminal Procedure Code, as well as international and national trends and standards of criminal justice, and to examine the process of reforming pretrial investigation procedures and other aspects of criminal prosecution and trials.
