About
This roundtable will bring together representatives of state authorities, civil society and international organizations to discuss ways to strengthen the legislative framework for torture prevention, in particular a draft law on the establishment of a national preventive mechanism against torture in Kazakhstan.
Presentations will be given by a representative of the UN Sub-committee for the Prevention of Torture, civil society experts and members of the parliamentary draft-law working group.
