About
This is the third in a series of seminars to be held in 2013 to build the capacity of local judges in the fight against human trafficking. These seminars provide judges with a forum to study international legal instruments aimed at preventing trafficking in human beings, as well as related cases. This particular seminar will also focus on questions of restitution and compensation for damage caused to victims of human trafficking, as well as the classification of crimes associated with human trafficking.
