About
This seminar is being organized to promote the principles of a green economy by means of awareness-raising dialogue that could help increase the capacity of local authorities, industrial enterprises and NGOs to move towards sustainable development. It is expected that the event will help to elaborate follow-up recommendations aimed at the development of a regional strategy on green growth vis-à-vis the specific needs of the region. The seminar will gather up to 60 participants from state, non-governmental and private organizations.
Promoting green-economy principles as part of sustainable development is a priority of the OSCE Centre’s economic and environmental strategy for 2013.
