About

This seminar for judges on combating trafficking in human beings and judicial protection for victims of trafficking is the continuation of a series of seminars aimed at building the capacity of local judges in the fight against human trafficking.
The purpose of these seminars has been to assist judges in studying a comparative analysis of consolidated judicial practice in criminal cases related to human trafficking in 2007-2008 and 2009-2010, properly applying national anti-trafficking legislation, specifying problematic issues and solutions for improvement, and classifying crimes associated with human trafficking.
