About
The conference falls within the OSCE initiated effort and a system of mechanisms to support the participating States in Central Asia, in addressing the concerns and challenges stemming from Explosive Hazards through technical co-operation.
The conference is organized in response to the requests to develop specific technical cooperation measures expressed by the interested States during bilateral and multilateral consultations and in line with conclusions of regular, yearly OSCE conferences on subject of Explosive Hazards Reduction and Response in Dushanbe (2009, 2010), in Bishkek (2011) and in Astana (2012).
