About
The four-day seminar-training on better governance and transparent project management is tailored to the practical needs of the middle management and operative workers’ staff of Prosecutor General’s Office and serves the task of raising their specific professional knowledge when dealing with or assessing criminal cases linked with projects, the implementation of which raises suspicions of mismanagement, corruption or embezzlement of funds. It will focus on the application of project management methodology for anti-corruption, transparency and accountability purposes.
