About
The OSCE will support a meeting by the Public Council to facilitate a platform for review and exchange opinions on the draft law on amendments and additions to some legislative acts of Kazakhstan's environmental issues with a special focus on the establishment of the Protocol on Pollutant Release and Transfer Register in Kazakhstan.
This event aims to produce specific proposals for the regulations amendment and will bring together representatives of the Energy Ministry, major natural resource users and the members of the working group of the bill on amendments and additions to some legislative acts of Kazakhstan on environmental issues.
The event is part of the Centre’s longstanding efforts in advancement of the Aarhus Convention in Kazakhstan.
