About
This two-day seminar is aimed at discussing the prosecutor’s role in court proceedings and improving the quality of prosecutor’s knowledge and skills with a specific focus on conflict resolution and trial techniques in accordance with the new Criminal Procedure Code. The event will be led by an expert from the United Kingdom who will share his experience in preparing legal documents, public speaking and speechwriting with a particular emphasis on challenges for law enforcement in accordance with recently adopted amendments in legislation.
The event is part of the Programme Office’s efforts on providing expert and institutional support to the government and civil society in criminal justice reform in Kazakhstan.
