About
A series of four practical training events on energy efficiency and the rational use of natural resources are scheduled to be conducted in four secondary schools in Astana. Topics will include energy-saving practices in households, global environmental problems, climate change and alternative sources of energy. The series aim to educate schoolchildren and change everyday behaviour as part of the promotion of the environmental education.
The event is part of the Office’s awareness-raising activities on sustainable development among youth in Kazakhstan.
