About
This two-day seminar on intellectual property rights will be organized in Astana to provide a platform for discussion between the State Revenue Committee’s territorial divisions and those possessing intellectual property rights. The discussion will be attended by some 50 representatives from the OSCE, World Customs Organization, State Revenue Committee territorial divisions as well as major brand companies that operate in Kazakhstan and focus on identification and detection of counterfeit and pirated products. The seminar aims to strengthen the capacity of the Committee’s territorial divisions and to foster co-operation among stakeholders on the topic of intellectual property rights.
The event is a follow-up of the Office's earlier activities on the promoting protection of intellectual property rights.
