About

The ‘ZhasCamp’ (YouthCamp) youth conference is an annual event organized to promote and facilitate dialogue among young people from 16 to 29 including leaders of youth organizations, civil society activists dealing with youth issues as well as local authorities on youth policies implementation and to address the most acute issues touching upon the role of youth in society. This year, the series of two-day informal conferences in the regions will cover discussions on issues such as youth social inclusion, health and well-being, employment and entrepreneurship along with youth initiatives in the area of human rights advancement. The event will be led by international and local experts from Europe, Central Asian region and the Russian Federation who will share their experiences on young leadership, local self-governance, environmental protection and implementation of successful social projects. 

The events will take place in Shymkent (10-11 October), Astana (17-18 October) and Aktau (24-25 October).
