About
This expert meeting aims to discuss the implementation of the adopted recommendations as part of the Kazakhstan’s international obligations under international human rights law.
Participants will analyse recommendations from UN Bodies in the field of human rights with a particular attention to the activities of national human rights institutions, legislative framework on non-discrimination, torture investigation and freedom of association and peaceful assembly.
A set of proposals related to the development of methodology and indicators on improving performance assessment of international recommendations will be presented during the event.
