About
This study tour aims to build the capacity of relevant national experts in addressing challenges in Kazakhstan’s customs procedures by familiarizing participants with best international practices in transit procedures and enforcing the Convention on Temporary Admission in the country. The participants will learn about Switzerland’s experience with customs clearance procedures for temporarily imported goods and participate in expert meetings with the Swiss customs officials.
The study tour is part of the Office’s long-term effort at promoting good governance and facilitating trade in the region.
