About
The annual Student Forum, marking the Human Rights Day, aims at raising awareness among students on international human rights standards related to freedom of expression and information disseminated through the Internet. The Forum will gather students from universities of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Ukraine and will consist of a panel discussion with leading experts in the field and a debate tournament among law students.
