Through this policy dialogue, the parties will exchange views on the benefits and relevance of this financial mechanism to Kazakhstan; they will also discuss the changes needed in the institutional and regulatory framework to spearhead the carbon emissions reduction.
This policy roundtable is the first of two events to be organized in the framework of the initiative on carbon finance.
