There will be a special focus on the role of the judicial system in the implementation of access to justice in environmental matters and ecological legislation.
With this in view, the guidelines on access to justice in environmental matters that were developed jointly with the Supreme Court of Kazakhstan for the judiciary last year will be presented for further dissemination and use by the relevant stakeholders.
