About
During the ceremony, Ambassador Alexandre Keltchewsky, Head of the OSCE Centre in Astana, will launch the book "Helsinki Final Act and Charter of Paris for a New Europe" in the Kazakh language. The book was edited by the Kazakh Foreign Ministry and published by the OSCE Centre with the support of German Foreign Ministry. The Ambassador will also introduce a documentary about the Centre's work in the country.
The event will bring together representatives of the Parliament, the Presidential Administration, government agencies, diplomatic missions, NGOs and international organizations.
