About
The role of prosecutors in civil and commercial proceedings will be examined and developed with reference to international best practices and the facilitation of dialogue between relevant government and non-governmental stakeholders and international experts.
The workshop will gather together approximately 45 participants, including senior government officials and Supreme Court justices, non-governmental organizations, legal professionals and international experts.
