About
It is expected that executive and legislative authorities of Taraz and Shymkent cities, as well as students from the local university will discuss the history, achievements and prospects of the OSCE, as well as Kazakhstan's focus areas for its Chairmanship in 2010.
The Taraz seminar will take place on 5-6 October and the Shymkent seminar on 8-9 October.
