About
It is aimed at awareness-raising, improving dialogue and enhancing co-operation among all relevant stakeholders on the protocol, the creation of a pilot PRTR that will be publicly available, as well as the improvement of environmental governance in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
This two-day training session for more than 30 participants representing government officials, private enterprises, NGOs, international organizations and other interested persons will be focused on a pilot PRTR that will be publicly available on the website. It will serve the general public and assist the government, as well as help to raise public awareness of environmental issues and enhance public participation in environmental matters.
