It will also promote discussions on implementation of the Aarhus Convention and the Protocol on Pollutant Release and Transfer Registers (PRTR).
The event is organized as part of the Sixth Ministerial Conference on Environment and Development in Asia and the Pacific (MCED-6) and will bring together representatives from governmental institutions, non-governmental organizations and the business community, as well as international experts.
