About
Deputies of the Parliament, Government officials, the Prosecutor’s Office, the Presidential Administration, and the Constitutional Council -- along with the Supreme Court and law enforcement agencies, civil society and academia, will discuss the updated version of the Concept of Criminal Code, previously discussed in a meeting in December 2011.
International experts from France, Germany and Italy will also share their experience and knowledge of best practices in the field of criminal legislation reform.
