About
The OSCE Programme Office in Astana will support a training workshop on the OSCE best practices in applying green construction standards and technologies aimed to produce environmentally friendly buildings and sustainable cities.
The event will be held with an OSCE support in co-operation with the Energy Ministry, the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), Kazakhstan and active participation of construction sector companies and civil society representatives. It is expected that the training workshop will facilitate discussions and help introduce appropriate measures towards enhanced legislation in the green construction sector of Kazakhstan.
The seminar is a part of the OSCE Programme Office activities related to enhancing the host country’s long-term efforts in the sector of energy efficiency and green growth reforms.
