About
The Second Congress of Civil Initiatives against Corruption offers a platform for dialogue between state officials and civil society to discuss the implementation of policy on countering corruption. The event will be supported by the OSCE Programme Office in Astana, as part of the Programme Office’s multi-year efforts to promote good governance by focusing on anti-corruption activities in Kazakhstan.
Around 200 high-level government officials and representatives of Kazakhstan’s Parliament, law enforcement agencies, civil society, and international organizations will attend the event to discuss steps for enhancing the role of civil society to ensure transparency and oversight of public funds.
