Information brochure on the application of the Administrative Procedural and Process-Related Code (APPC) of Kazakhstan
The brochure on the application of the APPC was developed with support of the OSCE Programme Office in Astana to raise legal awareness of state agencies and the general public. The brochure contains concise information on what the APPC is about, its intended use, what opportunities it provides, as well as the rights and obligations of the parties contained therein. Not available in English.
