About
The theme of this year's Forum is "Digital Literacy: Competence, Security, Consumption." The main issues to be discussed include the role of the state, media, and society in the development of information environment; the influence of the Internet on designing of reality; media and information literacy and fact-checking; freedom of expression in Central Asia; cyber security and protection of personal data; counteraction to disinformation, deep-fakes, hate speech, and violent extremism.
More than 100 independent experts, representatives of governmental and non-governmental organizations, diplomatic corps, academia, journalists, lawyers and active Internet users will participate in the event.
