About
The OSCE Programme Office in Nur-Sultan in partnership with the Committee on Financial Monitoring of the Ministry of Finance will organize a half-day training webinar on the role of Finance Intelligence Units (FIU) in investigation of suspicious transactions and procedures to confiscate illegal assets. The participants will focus on FIU’s authority to identify illegal transactions, exchange data with the foreign FIUs and identify beneficial ownership information.
The training webinar is part of the Programme Office’s multi-year efforts to promote good governance by focussing on anti-money laundering/combating the financing of terrorism in Kazakhstan.
