The OSCE Programme Office in Nur-Sultan in partnership with the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance will organize a four-day webinar on Time Release Study. Time Release Study is strategically accepted tool to measure the actual time required for the release of goods from the point of arrival until the physical release. The study identifies bottlenecks in the trade flow process and the corresponding necessary measures to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of border procedures.
The event is part of the Programme Office’s multi-year efforts to assist the host country in promoting good governance and facilitating trade in the region.Contact
